Joanna's Pilates Mornington is now Cadillac ready!

It’s important to continue to learn, learn from others in the industry, learn new skills and apparatus, learn new ways of communicating and helping those we teach.

I really believe that if you’re open to this, it makes you a better teacher, and the people you’re teaching can not only see your passion, but they will also benefit from it too.

So, I’ve been doing exactly that and I’m really happy to say that I’ve now qualified to teach the Pilates cadillac apparatus, which forms part of the larger studio world of Pilates.

A perfect apparatus which is great for rehabilitating bodies, learning stronger postural positioning, and also having some fun with some of more challenging positions (for those who are ready for it!).
