As a workplace concerned for your staff's wellbeing and health, a regular set of Pilates sessions on-site is the perfect answer. Choose a team building one-off or a regular practice to help keep your valued team members’ bodies and minds flexible

All you'll need is floor space, some time and some willing participants!

Prices will vary depending on your requirements, size of class, length of time and location (I cover Mount Martha, Mornington and the surrounding areas, an additional charge may be applied if location is further out).

All sessions are tailored to suit your staff requirements and are aimed at mixed ability levels so anyone can join in; from newbie to Pilates wizz.
