I’m Joanna Nicholls, a qualified Pilates instructor offering private sessions in your own home across the Mornington area. I specialise in mat and reformer Pilates, with a focus on pre- and post-natal support, posture, strength and overall wellbeing. I also work with clients recovering from strokes, living with Parkinson’s, or managing anxiety, adapting each session with care and empathy. Having personally experienced the benefits of Pilates after my own pregnancies, I understand how powerful it can be for both body and mind.
